- Any time your employees need to file a claim, they may contact us online using our Policyholder Service Center or give us a call at our Customer Service Center.
- Employees' checks will be sent directly to them, unless they choose otherwise, usually within just four business days.
- We'll make it easier for your company to remain in compliance with COBRA/HIPAA regulations, helping to reduce your administrative duties and avoid any legal liabilities.
- Through our personalized Info One® Employee Benefits Statements, we’ll help you better communicate the value of your entire benefits package to both your staff and management.

- Step 1: Fill out this Online Request Form.
- Step 2: An Aflac insurance agent will call you in about two business days to set up a short meeting at your office.
- We'll discuss your specific insurance needs to create the best mix of policies and services for your business.
- Step 3: Once we've put together your customized plan, we’ll meet with both you and your management team to discuss specifics, and learn how Aflac can assist with your company’s approval processes.
- Step 4: After your plan is finalized, we’ll develop a system to help make employee education and enrollment both easy and efficient whether they’re in a single office or located across the country.
- Through our Core+ service, not only can we take applications for Aflac, but also enroll your core insurance providing a single comprehensive employee benefit statement and communicating benefit information to the appropriate carrier. This takes a significant burden off your hands.
