  • We pay your employee directly, unless they tell us otherwise, no matter what other insurance they may have.
  • We work with you to provied Aflac through a payroll deduction.

Policy A-34100-ID, A-34200-ID, A-34300-ID, or A-34400-ID in Idaho; Policy A-34100-OK, A-34200-OK, A-34300-OK, or A-34400-OK in Oklahoma.

Policies may not be available in all states.
