One of the most valuable tools our sales associates have is Aflac's brand visibility. Our national advertising campaign adds to associates' credibility and lays the groundwork for enhancing customer confidence. Aflac also offers its associates the following support tools:

Associate Customer Service Toll-Free Numbers

Aflac has two toll-free numbers for use by Aflac associates:

  • 1-800-GO-AFLAC (1-800-462-3522) - Associate customer service specialists are available to answer questions Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time.
  • 1-800-981-6537 - Associate Customer Service Voice Response System is an extensive automated system offering options from policy information to payroll account information to statement balances, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Professional Orientation, Training, and Certifications

All prospective Aflac sales associates complete a mandatory field training orientation that prepares them for their roles as part of the Aflac field force. In addition to this mandatory training, Aflac also has a mentoring program for new associates and provides specialized training classes to educate our field force on Aflac's technologies, products and procedures. These include:
