Escalations

TRAX Logo

Effective May 1st, Aflac Dental & Vision proudly launches TRAX, our new workflow system designed to streamline the management of dental and vision escalations.

Who can access TRAX?

  • Distribution Vice Presidents (DVP) and their office staff
  • Market Directors and their office staff
  • Regional Sales Coordinators and their office staff
  • Broker Sales Professionals
  • Veteran Advisory Council

The DVEscalations email inbox will no longer be the channel for submission of dental and vision escalations.

  • All level 01 to level 30 producers will be required to coordinate with their hierarchy for submission of escalations through TRAX.

How to use TRAX?

Accessing TRAX: Log in to SEMP and click the TRAX logo. See screenshot below.

Submitting an Escalation: For those that have submitting capabilities as noted above, follow the simple step-by-step process in the Training Reference Document to enter your escalation request.

Tracking Your Requests: Monitor the status of your escalation requests and communicate directly with ADV through Pulse, an instant messaging system within TRAX.
