2015 Aflac WorkForces Report results for the Midwestern U.S.
The report surveyed 1,098 employees and 387 business decision-makers throughout the Midwestern U.S.
States: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin
Hispanic employees: 13 percent
Millennial employees (born after 1980): 26 percent
51 percent of employees are extremely or very satisfied with their benefits packages.
57 percent of employees are extremely or very satisfied with their jobs.
